Each month our TRY THIS challenge invites you to add something mindful to your daily routine. Give it a try!
We find the easiest way to start a virtuous cycle of mindful thinking and doing is to start with one small change. To move beyond our ingrained “me first” patterns and let concepts like reciprocity and fair share begin to influence our decisions, we need to (gently) train our minds. Making small shifts in behavior can lead to big changes in how we operate in the world.
This month, we highlight the concept of “do no harm” and share practical examples that distill this vast idea into actionable goals for busy lives. Added bonus: these practices feel good to do!
